# How to use
1) Check out the amount of stuffs/baggage and decide the size of the storage unit to be used.
There are a total of 8 sizes for SPACETIME (Please check the Unit’s width/length/height as follows).
If you apply for consultation after determining the size of the storage unit in consideration of the amount of stuffs/baggage to be stored, the consultation can proceed more quickly.
2) Apply for a consultation
Consultation is possible if you contact us in one of the following two ways. (Available in both English and Korean)

If you inform the consultant the size and length of use of the storage unit to be used, detailed conditions of contract will be provided. Also, if you need a vehicle to carry your stuffs/baggage, please tell us and we will help you connect with our delivery partner at a reasonable price.
3) Please proceed with membership registration and payment.
Depends on a consultation, you will proceed with the contract and payment corresponding to the terms of use. The method can be either by visiting the branch or through our website. If you tell the counselor how you want to proceed, we will arrange a visit or guide you through the website.
(However, since it is a secured facility, individual access registration is required, but if possible, you must visit in advance before you put your stuffs/baggage. Also, if a co-user is need to be registered, registration is possible by requesting a counselor.
4) Please put your stuffs/baggage in storage unit.
Please move your stuffs/baggage the day you decide to start using it. Each storage unit has a personal electronic door lock, so after putting all your stuffs/baggage in storage unit, you can set your own door lock number.
5) Please use freely during the period of use.
You can add or remove stuffs/baggage freely for 24 hours at any time during the period of use.
6) Process at the end of use.
Upon termination of use, empty your storage unit and check with a counselor, and you will get refund your deposit paid at the time of the contract.
